Shipping

You will be required to pay delivery charges in addition to the price for the goods you purchase.

You are required to provide us with a complete and accurate delivery address, including the name of the recipient. We are not liable for the delivery of your goods to the wrong address or wrong person as a result of you providing us with inaccurate or incomplete information. Please note that we are not responsible for any re-delivery fees.

Domestic shipping (Australia).

All in-stock orders are typically shipped within 2-3 business days of payment. You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Please note that delivery times may vary based on the selected shipping option. The available shipping options are as follows:

  • Australia Post - Parcel Post (2-6 business days)

  • Australia Post - Express Post (1-3 business days)

  • Free pickup is also available from Southbank, VIC.

Returns and Exchanges

Please choose carefully when placing your order, as we do not offer refunds for change of mind. However, we’re happy to offer an exchange upon request.

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and verify if you’re entitled to a refund or exchange.

We have a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
